Customers are responsible for understanding and agreeing to our shipping terms. Atelier Cathy & Co. Inc. now offers shipping within Canada and to the United States.
Orders can be shipped to any Canadian province or territory, as well as eligible locations within the U.S.A. Customers located in the United States are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by U.S. customs regulations in order to receive their package.
Shipping carriers (UPS) may contact the customer directly to collect these fees. In many cases, payment can be made through the carrier’s online tracking portal. Failure to pay may result in delays, refusal, or return of the package at the customer’s expense.
